Therapy focuses on developing insight into your current difficulties and enhancing your understanding of what might be maintaining them so that you can develop alternative ways of coping. It is an active and collaborative process and a joining of minds between the psychologist and client. I offer individual therapy for children and adults using different psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (see EMDR page for more information). I offer therapy for a range of difficulties including stress, anxiety, low mood, trauma etc.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and cost £90.
